Someone prefer Boots of Speed at starting, I don't recommend it actually. Juggernaut get decent speed so you don't need it to catch up the enemy when casting Blade Fury.

Battle Fury significantly enhance your dps. Shadow Blade is decent for Juggernaut if you are confident to use it right. Yasha is for Sange and Yasha if you want it afterwards, so it's not necessary.
Luxury

When you get a fortune, think of Boots of Travel. BKB protect you from stun. Helm of the Dominator which is items for assembling Satanic, enable you to control mob with stun ability, so gank is easy with it.
